= Badland' Bike Bash V 1.0 Update =

Hello! Nikva here, Unity Dev of Badland' BB bringing you the next version of the game, 1.0 version. The original schedule for the release was supposed to be on friday this week, but someone (me) happened to bought Elden Ring accidentally, (sure) and kinda forgot to fix the rest of bugs on the game. woops sorry about that, anyway lets dig into the update itself.

This update focuses on finalizing the track itself and fixing/adding features based on the data gathered from the school's christmas festival "Game Demo Day" event. There were a lot of cool games made by other students from the school so be sure to check them out from this link: StadinGames 

I want to thank everyone that played/tried our game and giving me the chance to see how you play and interact with the game. I also want to thank everyone outside that event too! Badland' BB has reached views and downloads that no other game where I have been a part of has seen.

Now to the list of fixed and added stuff:

- Shadow performance optimizations

- Power-up boxes now respawn after one second rather than five

- Players can now rotate without driving at the same time

- Player is no longer able to drift while not rotating

- Minor track fixes

== Things that were added on this update: ==

- "Shadows" settings for turning shadows either on or off (performance related)

- You can now remove players from the game with the same button as "Join"

- Leaderboard now show more the top 100 submitted scores rather than 10

- You can now change settings when pausing the game

- Players are now able to see how many players have joined the game on the start menu's bottom left corner

- Two new secret and rows of Power-up boxes added and the straight "open" road part remade on the track

== Extra Notes From The Dev ==

1. The MacOS of the build will stay on 0.9 version until my school continues again since I need to use one of the mac computers there in order to get a working build of the game done. Expect to wait around three weeks for that.

2. The leaderboards might become unactive after new years eve since the version that Badland' BB uses will be shut down by the creator. If this happens, then I will try my best to find a new solution for online leaderboards as fast as my own schedule allows to.

3. 1.0 update of Badland' Bike Bash will be the last major update to this game regarding new track, visual, mechanic or design stuff. Future updates are only going to improve user experience on the game. If I get bored however, I might add features for customizing the race even more.
